rename your old configurartion file
mv $HOME/.kde/share/config/kbluetoothrc $HOME/.kde/share/config/kbluetoothrc.older
then start kbluetooth
now go on settings——>bluetooth adapters and set some stuff liek ytou can see…
set your phone like discoverable and and add in your phone the device ….
it should ask you a password , in your phone put : 0000
then ….
kbluetooth shoud ask this :
type your password .
now you should be able to send like you can see here…
and receive …
NB this should be enought to enable your bluetooth but if you can’t send and receive try rebooting your pc … sometime i don’t know on some machine i get some strange problems on sending from my nokia … that after i have installed missing packages. After rebooting every thing seems is working fine yeaaaaa

This does not work for me. My phone and computer seem to pair correctly, and I can send files from my computer to my phone, but sending files from my phone to my computer does not work. I get “unable to connect” and nothing at all happens on my computer.
check if you have every packages. that is the problem.
Worked for me. Just had to quit kbluetooth and restart it. Thanks!
Well, there is one more issue — choosing a folder doesn’t work at all. Kbluetooth continues to place received files into the Document folder. Sad…
