do you want use the kde service to paste? maybe from terminal ?
cutepaste it’s your stuff
go here for the version 0.1.0 http://download.kde.org/unstable/cutepaste/0.1.0/src/cutepaste-0.1.0.tar.xz
or later here
now that you have your code extract it and … type this shit here :
mkdir build ; cd build ; cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/usr .. ; make
i had not problem with dependencies but if you do cmake will say something ….
now you should get cutepaste compiled … go in the folder
and you will see a executable called … cutepaste
i like to put this kind of stuff here $HOME/bin , if you have not that folder just create it and put your script and executable in that folder and you have done you can use them but REMEMBER TO REBOOT … infact bash will not automatically recognize that folder you need to reboot \ or relogin i don’t remember ..
anyway after that …. echo hello world this is a test of cutepaste | cutepaste
