kubuntu 14.04 : how to install kubuntu sharing a wifi connection with another computer with ethernet cable

VERA DE MILO TUTORIAL :

Situation:

computer 1 with kubuntu and connected with wifi card.

computer 2 with kubuntu live cd where wifi doesn’t work

1 reboot computer 2 and click on INSTALL kubuntu :

2 connect computer 1 with computer 2 via ethernet cable

now go on on network manager applet and click on wrench click on edit connections

network manager will appear and you need just to click on ADD ==> WIRED SHARED

 

make sure it’s autonegotiate

NOW JUST USE THE DEFAULTS THAT ARE LIKE THIS

now you computer 2 should be on line and you can download and install kubuntu with a connection even if your wifi is not recognized properly.
