sudo apt-get install kdesvn
that is a client and i found pretty easy to me , so now go and register a new project con google code.
now for example see this picture
select the code :
cd $HOME ; svn checkout https://NAMEPROJECT.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ NAMEPROJECT --username NAMEUSER@gmail.com this will clone your project folder that will be of course empty in your home or you could create a folder with the file manager
NOW CREATE your file folder and do your job in that folder when you have done …
run kdesvn and open the folder for example /home/peace2/no-war-kubuntu-pack
now it will read what your folder has into
to upload and commit your modifications just click on commit
it will ask for your username and for a password … that you can get from here
